What’s a mobile wallet? How do I get one?

Mobile Wallets allow you to securely store your debit card in your mobile device, which you can then use at participating merchants to make your next purchase.  Transactions are fast, safe and secure.  

Bank of New Hampshire currently supports all three of the major Mobile Wallets services – Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Click here to learn more about Mobile Wallets.

How do I report or dispute an unauthorized card transaction (debit card or ACH)?

Online Banking users can dispute an unauthorized transaction directly from their transaction list. Just click the three dots next to a transaction to get started.

How do I make a deposit when the bank is closed?

We offer multiple ways to make a deposit after hours. Most of our ATMs allow cash and check deposits 24/7.  If you can’t make it to the bank, we also offer Mobile Deposit where you can deposit a check using our mobile app.
