With nearly 20 years of experience at Wellington Management in Boston, Dona brought deep industry knowledge to BNH Wealth—but it was the opportunity for a more personal, community-focused environment that truly drew her in.

“I prefer an environment where you know your neighbors and colleagues. That’s what brought me to New Hampshire—and to Bank of New Hampshire,” said Dona.

Since joining the Wealth Division in 2010, Dona has steadily advanced from Investment Officer to Vice President to her current role as Senior Vice President, contributing to investment strategy and building client relationships every step of the way. Her role blends market insight with personalized service—helping clients achieve both income and long-term financial growth. She is especially passionate about following global markets and turning those observations into thoughtful, actionable strategies for her clients.
