Bank of New Hampshire Announces Promotion of Ally Wendelken to Assistant Vice President

Gilford, New Hampshire – July 29, 2024 – Bank of New Hampshire is pleased to announce the promotion of Ally Wendelken to Assistant Vice President – CRA & Assistant Compliance Officer.

With a robust background in risk management and financial services, Ally has shown a remarkable ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive compliance initiatives. Since joining the Bank in 2022, her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving have significantly contributed to the success of the team.

In her new role, Ally will oversee the BNH’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activities and support the Bank’s compliance program. Her responsibilities will include monitoring CRA reporting requirements, identifying CRA-qualified investment opportunities and ensuring regulatory compliance across various business lines. Additionally, Ally will help with the development and maintenance of the Bank’s internal compliance training programs, assist with consumer complaint resolution and prepare for regulatory examinations.

Ally holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Geneseo and an Associate of Arts from Nassau Community College.
