Concord, New Hampshire – October 26, 2026 – Bank of New Hampshire is proud to commit $10,000 as the presenting sponsor of the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness’s (CCEH) Goldstone Events, supporting important community conversations around New Hampshire’s housing crisis, workforce, and homelessness.
On October 15, nationally acclaimed journalist and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Brian Goldstone visited Concord for two events exploring the growing gap between work and housing affordability. Goldstone’s book, There Is No Place for Us: Working and Homeless in America, follows families who work and contribute to their communities while struggling to maintain stable housing.
The luncheon, “Working, Priced Out, and Left Behind: The Housing Crisis and New Hampshire’s Workforce,” took place at Arts Alley in Concord, in partnership with the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce. The event featured a keynote presentation by Goldstone, followed by a panel discussion examining the impact of housing affordability on workers, families, employers, and communities across New Hampshire.
The evening event, “Home, Work, and Human Dignity: An Evening Fireside Conversation with Brian Goldstone,” took place at Pembroke Pines Country Club. Hosted by CCEH, the fundraising dinner included a cocktail reception, dinner, audience Q&A, book signing, and fireside conversation. Proceeds benefited CCEH and local efforts to prevent and end homelessness in the Greater Concord region.
“Strong communities depend on people having the opportunity to work, build their lives, and remain rooted in the communities they call home. We are proud to support these important conversations and bring together leaders from across New Hampshire to explore the connection between housing and our workforce.” said Chris Logan, President & CEO of Bank of New Hampshire.
“Housing affordability affects families, employers, and communities across our state. We are grateful to Bank of New Hampshire for helping make these conversations possible and bringing people together to better understand the challenges we face and explore solutions,” said Kait Gallagher, Director of Development & Communications at the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness.
For Bank of New Hampshire, supporting the Goldstone Events is part of a broader commitment to strengthening the communities where its employees, customers, and neighbors live and work. By supporting conversations around housing affordability and homelessness, the Bank is helping foster stronger and more resilient New Hampshire communities.
