Bank of New Hampshire Promotes Taylor Laro to Marketing & Customer Experience Officer

Laconia, New Hampshire – April 6, 2023 – Bank of New Hampshire is proud to announce the promotion of Taylor Laro to Marketing & Customer Experience Officer.

In this role, Taylor is responsible for proactively increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty with our brand while managing and promoting marketing projects and campaigns. Taylor works cross-departmentally to consolidate feedback and reviews, identifies opportunities for improvement, and uses the voice of our customers to optimize customer experiences and brand awareness.

Taylor joined Bank of New Hampshire in March 2020 as Marketing & Digital Media Specialist. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Anselm College. She has completed the ABA Certificates in Principles of Banking, Marketing Financial Services, and Bank Marketing. Taylor is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and is currently attending Leadership Lakes Region. Taylor is also the Chair of the New Hampshire Bankers Association’s Young Bankers Peer Group.
