Windy Carnes Promoted to Vice President – Customer Service Center Officer for Bank of New Hampshire

Gilford, New Hampshire – February 3, 2025 – Bank of New Hampshire is proud to announce the promotion of Windy Carnes to Vice President – Customer Service Center Officer. Windy has been a valued member of the Bank’s team since joining in 2021, and her dedication to excellence in customer service and leadership has made a significant impact on the success of the Bank’s customer service operations.

Windy began her career at Bank of New Hampshire as a Customer Service Officer in May 2021 and was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Customer Service Officer in 2022. In her new role, Windy will continue to lead the Customer Service Center, overseeing the day-to-day operations of inbound and outbound phone, chat and email services, ensuring that customer inquiries are responded to promptly and effectively. Her leadership will be essential in driving the continued success of the customer service team, optimizing service delivery and enhancing the customer experience.

Windy earned her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science, from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017, graduating with High Honors. She then advanced her education by earning a graduate degree, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management in 2023. Additionally, she graduated from the Northern New England School of Banking in 2023. Currently, Windy is furthering her studies at the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College, with an anticipated graduation in 2025.
