Bank of New Hampshire Invests $25,000 to Support Redberry Farm Housing Project
10/27/2025
Laconia, New Hampshire – October 27, 2025 – Bank of New Hampshire (BNH) is proud to announce it purchased $25,000 in Community Development Finance Authority tax credits to support the construction of Redberry Farm, a Farmsteads of New England supportive housing project located in Epping, NH. When complete, the development will include 32 housing units for individuals with developmental disabilities, addressing a critical need for accessible and inclusive housing in New Hampshire.
Redberry Farm is designed to blend supportive, affordable housing opportunities with outdoor engagement activities and community connection. The development will include eight buildings arranged around a cul-de-sac, creating a welcoming environment for residents. Each unit will feature accessible design elements that promote independence, while day program services and outdoor community spaces will support relaxation, social interaction and participation.
“We are honored to support Farmsteads of New England in bringing Redberry Farm to life,” said Dawn Beers, Marketing Officer at Bank of New Hampshire. “This project fulfills an important need for affordable, supportive housing that empowers residents to live independently while feeling connected in their community.”
This investment supports Bank of New Hampshire’s 2025 giving priorities, which focus on expanding access to affordable housing and building stronger communities across the state. It also reflects the bank’s long-standing belief that meaningful partnerships can create lasting, positive change.
“We are deeply grateful to Bank of New Hampshire for this generous gift,” said Matt Cordaro, Board Chair for Farmsteads of New England. “Their support moves us closer to completing the Redberry Farm housing project and helps us provide safe, inclusive housing for individuals with developmental disabilities who deserve the opportunity to live full and connected lives.”
