Bank of New Hampshire Promotes Windy Carnes to Vice President – Retail Banking Regional Manager

Gilford, New Hampshire – August 6, 2025 – Bank of New Hampshire (BNH) is proud to announce the promotion of Windy Carnes to Vice President – Retail Banking Regional Manager. Windy has been an asset to the BNH team since joining in 2021. Her dedication to excellence in customer service and leadership has helped the Bank’s call center team consistently exceed performance and service goals.

Windy joined Bank of New Hampshire as a Customer Service Officer in May 2021. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Customer Service Officer in 2022 and most recently to Vice President – Customer Service Officer in 2025. In her new role, Windy will oversee the Bank’s Northern Region Office Managers as well as the Customer Service Center, bringing her leadership, customer-centric approach and energy to a broader scope within the Retail Banking division.

“Windy’s outstanding leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences have been instrumental in the growth of our Customer Service Center,” said Alexandra Pelletier, Senior Vice President – Retail Banking Administration Officer for Bank of New Hampshire. “I am confident that she will bring the same level of excellence and passion to her new role as she supports our northern region offices, teams and communities.”

Windy holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She is also a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and most recently completed the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College.

An active member of the community, Windy’s commitment to volunteerism is outstanding−she ranks among the top 10 employees for volunteer hours across the organization and recently joined the Circle Program’s Governance Committee.
