Bank of New Hampshire’s Giving Tuesday Campaign Raises $68,000

Laconia, New Hampshire – December 5, 2023 – Bank of New Hampshire’s matching campaign centered around Giving Tuesday and powered by Givio’s Charitable BankingTM platform, raised $68,000 for 149 non-profits in record time.

The campaign, in recognition of Giving Tuesday, took place on November 28 this year, was so successful the original goal of a $20,000 match on donations made through BNH’s Online Banking, was reached in less than twelve hours, prompting BNH to raise the match ceiling to $30,000. The new goal was quickly reached in less than twenty-four hours. Thanks to the incredible generosity of BNH customers and the Bank’s commitment to match up to $500 in donations per customer, $68,000 was raised through 215 donations during the campaign.

Givio’s Charitable Banking platform enables BNH customers to donate to all their favorite charities, schools and religious organizations, directly from their secure and convenient BNH online banking. After successfully launching Givio for last year’s Giving Tuesday campaign, BNH has been utilizing its platform over the past year with great success. BNH customers can access Givio in their BNH Online Banking by clicking ‘Marketplace’ in the left-hand navigation, then clicking the ‘Donate to Charity’ link in the dropdown. Customers can choose from a one-time donation or set up recurring donations to ensure their support continues throughout the year.
