BNH Brings Support to Local Organizations Through Sponsorship

10/17/2023

Laconia, New Hampshire – October 17, 2023 – Demonstrating their dedication to the community, Bank of New Hampshire is proud to support two local organizations, New Hampshire Children’s Trust and the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, with sponsorships for critical fundraising events.

A $5,000 commitment to New Hampshire Children’s Trust sponsored their 11th Annual Strengthening Families Summit. Annually, those dedicated to strengthening families so that children can thrive convene at the Strengthening Families Summit to learn, grow and recharge. This year they focused their exploration on the power of communities to support and strengthen families. This aligns with their mission of leading the drive to ensure safe, stable and nurturing relationships and environments for children by educating, advocating and collaborating, while envisioning a New Hampshire where all children grow up free from abuse and neglect.

A $5,000 commitment to New Hampshire Community Loan Fund sponsored their 40th Anniversary Celebration. The organization celebrated its 40th year of providing affordable homeownership and other financial opportunities to underserved people. In addition to celebrating the incredible statewide impact, the celebration honored Julie Eades, their founding President, who retired in 2020. This celebration was a testament to the hard work outlined in their mission to serve as a catalyst, leveraging financial, human and civic resources to enable traditionally underserved people to participate more fully in New Hampshire’s economy.

“Celebrating one of our core mission tenets, we are devoted to fostering brighter futures for the communities we serve,” said Michael Seymour, Chief Retail Banking & Marketing Officer at Bank of New Hampshire. “Our collaborations with organizations such as New Hampshire Children’s Trust and New Hampshire Community Loan Fund underscore their enduring commitment to enhancing the vitality and health of New Hampshire.”

Bank of New Hampshire is proud of these partnerships as we aspire to remain an independent mutual financial institution, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service, while assisting our employees, customers and communities to build brighter futures.
