BNH Promotes Stephanie Durfee to Assistant Vice President – Electronic Banking Manager

Gilford, New Hampshire – February 6, 2024 – Bank of New Hampshire is proud to announce the promotion of Stephanie Durfee to Assistant Vice President – Electronic Banking Manager.
In her role as Electronic Banking Manager, Stephanie is responsible for overseeing the Electronic Banking department as well as the daily electronic operations for Bank of New Hampshire. She ensures the accuracy, timeliness and best service standards are utilized of daily electronic processing and other payment services provided, guaranteeing safekeeping of sensitive transactional data. She leads ongoing operational process improvement initiatives, as well as develops and maintains relationships with key individuals outside of the organization in order to facilitate department-wide compliance with all applicable external regulations and guidelines.
Stephanie joined BNH in 2000 as an Electronic Banking Representative. She was promoted to Senior Electronic Banking Representative in September 2016 and then again to Supervisor in June 2018. She swiftly worked her way to Electronic Banking Officer in 2021. Stephanie is a graduate of Northern New England School of Banking and holds the designation of Accredited ACH Professional. She has also attained her Advanced Operations Certificate and Supervisory Certificate.
