Morgan Herring Promoted to Retail Banking Operations Officer for Bank of New Hampshire

Laconia, New Hampshire – February 12, 2025 – Bank of New Hampshire is pleased to announce the promotion of Morgan Herring to Retail Banking Operations Officer. Morgan’s dedication, expertise and growth within the Bank have led to this well-deserved advancement. 

Morgan first joined the Bank of New Hampshire team in October 2018 as a Bank Services Representative at the Rochester office. Over the years, Morgan has demonstrated an exceptional ability to take on new challenges, leading to her promotion to retail banking Operations Associate in 2022. Morgan is also a proud graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking, class of 2024. Morgan is currently enrolled at the University of New Hampshire’s College of Professional Studies (UNH-CPS), pursuing a degree in Business Management through the Bank’s educational support program. 

In her new role, Morgan will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the retail banking department, including tracking and reporting data, performing retail office audits, as well as the support and implementation of various Bank projects and procedural changes. Morgan will also be instrumental in helping to mitigate regulatory risk in retail banking, conducting internal and external audits and collaborating with retail management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
