Taylor Laro Promoted to Assistant Vice President – Marketing & Customer Experience Officer at BNH

Laconia, New Hampshire – July 24, 2024 – Bank of New Hampshire is proud to announce the promotion of Taylor Laro to Assistant Vice President – Marketing & Customer Experience Officer. Taylor brings extensive experience in bank marketing to this role, where she will leverage her valuable insights and skills to elevate the Bank’s customer experience and brand presence.

Taylor joined Bank of New Hampshire in March 2020 as Marketing & Digital Media Specialist and has steadily advanced through the organization. Her contributions to expanding the Bank’s marketing reach, streamlining department operations and establishing a robust Customer Experience program have been instrumental to BNH’s success. In her new role as AVP – Marketing & Customer Experience Officer, Taylor will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to optimize customer experiences. She will also manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Anselm College and is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies, Northern New England School of Banking and Leadership Lakes Region. She has earned ABA Certificates in Principles of Banking, Marketing Financial Services and Bank Marketing. Actively engaged in the community, Taylor serves on the board of the Lakes Region Chamber.
