From Teller to Deposit Operations Representative

Kristina joined Bank of New Hampshire in 2015 as a part-time Teller. As she gained experience and explored new opportunities, she transitioned into her current full-time role in Deposit Operations. She proudly celebrated her 10-year anniversary with the bank in June 2025.

Why Bank of New Hampshire?

Kristina’s interest in banking began with her prior cashier positions, where she always enjoyed working with money. “I thought working for a bank would be very interesting and rewarding,” said Kristina.

The bank’s support of her growth has reinforced that belief. She has participated in training classes to stay abreast of changes in deposit regulations, and she appreciates having the flexibility to enroll in a variety of courses that spark her interest. This allows her to continue developing skills in other areas across the bank.

Saying Yes to Change

One of Kristina’s most memorable achievements was transitioning from a part-time customer facing position to a full-time back-office role. “It was a huge lifestyle change for me,” she shared. “Going from working in a banking office to a back-office position was a big change, but it was a good decision, and I am grateful for the opportunity.”

Support from Her Team

When asked what she enjoys most about working at Bank of New Hampshire, Kristina immediately pointed to the Deposit Operations team. “We help each other out and lift each other up when things get tough,” she said. “We all support each other like we’re family.”

The Value of Being on a Team

Teamwork has played a central role in Kristina’s experience at the bank. She compares it to a puzzle ─ every piece needs to fit together, and each one is essential to completing the whole picture.
