Bank of New Hampshire Promotes Deanna Guyer and Mitchell Fillion

Laconia, New Hampshire – July 1, 2026 – Bank of New Hampshire is pleased to announce the promotions of Deanna Guyer to Assistant Vice President – Wealth Management Client Support Officer, and Mitchell Fillion to IT Engineering Manager.
Deanna Guyer has been with Bank of New Hampshire since 1996 and recently celebrated 30 years of service. In her new role, she will oversee client support functions and lead a team within the bank’s Wealth Management division. Throughout her tenure, Deanna has worked in progressively responsible roles within Wealth Management client support, demonstrating a deep commitment to exceptional client service and operational excellence. She is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and Leadership Lakes Region.

Mitchell Fillion joined the bank in 2020 as a Systems Engineer and has steadily expanded his responsibilities while strengthening his technical expertise, banking knowledge and leadership skills. As IT Engineering Manager, he will oversee the bank’s engineering functions and lead the engineering team within the IT department. Mitchell holds a BS in Information Technology from University of New Hampshire and is a graduate of Northern New England School of Banking and Leadership Lakes Region.
